Privacy policy

When you call, text, fill out our contact form, or use the chat on this website, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email if you provide one, and the details of your project such as the address and what needs painting.

Like most websites, our hosting keeps standard technical logs: pages visited, browser type, and general location based on your internet address. We don't run advertising trackers or sell this data.

The website chat is provided by a third-party service (LeadConnector / HighLevel). When you chat with us, that service processes the conversation on our behalf so we can receive and reply to your messages.

We use your information for one thing: to talk with you about your project. That means returning your call or text, scheduling an estimate, sending the estimate, and coordinating the work.

We may send you a follow-up message about a job you asked us to estimate. We do not send marketing blasts, and we do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or email with anyone for their own marketing.

When you text us or message us through the website chat, you agree we can reply by text, phone, or email about your estimate and job. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of hiring us.

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from us. Reply HELP for help, or call (717) 864-5769.

Read more on our text and chat consent page.

We keep estimate and job records for as long as needed for the project, our warranty, and our tax and accounting obligations — usually a few years. Chat and text conversations are kept with the job record.

You can ask us to delete your information any time. If a job was completed, we may need to keep basic records for warranty and tax purposes, but we'll delete everything else.

This website uses only the cookies needed for the site to work and for the chat widget to function. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text (717) 864-5769 and we'll take care of it.
